At Activeattire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Our return policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original tags and packaging must be intact, and proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, and socks (for hygiene reasons). Sale or clearance items are also non-returnable unless they are found to be faulty. Gift cards are also exempt from returns.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at activeattire2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds and exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again and contact your card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at activeattire2026@gmail.com.
